Low Dose Naltrexone

Keith Berkowitz 38 min

Lecture abstract: According to the U.S. General Accountability Office, as many as 23 million Americans suffer from long COVID. Fortunately, we have a new weapon in our arsenal: low-dose naltrexone (LDN), a medication discovered in the 1980s as a potential treatment for autoimmune disease and fibromyalgia. By 2016, this unique medication had over 300,000 users and more than 60 research studies touting its benefits. I will discuss several different mechanisms behind spike protein-induced disease and how LDN has become a key treatment option. LDN possesses multiple mechanisms of action, allowing it to help with dysfunctional cytokine response, neuroinflammation, chronic pain, histamine intolerance, and post-viral reactivation.
