For nearly two decades, Dr. Saleeby pursued a career in emergency medicine and held various posts in occupational medicine, urgent care, and family medicine before retiring from traditional mainstream medicine in 2013. He currently serves as the medical director at Carolina Holistic Medicine, where he practices integrative and functional medicine. Additionally, Dr. Saleeby is the founder and director of the Priority Health Academy, an educational platform focused on functional medicine and practice building. Dr. Saleeby authored the 2006 book "Wonder Herbs: A Guide to Three Adaptogens" and has contributed numerous book chapters. He is a featured speaker on nutrition and adaptogen herbs, sharing his expertise at various conferences and events. His dedication to holistic health and education has made significant contributions to the field of integrative medicine.
