Sign In to EnrollNourishing Harmony: Exploring the Role of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Modern Nutrition
Traditional Chinese Medicine has guided how people eat for health far longer than modern pharmacology has existed, and its framework still has something to offer the chronic-disease patient in front of you. Dr. Adylle Varon walks through the foundations of TCM, its diagnostic tools and its view of how illness takes hold, and the principles of Traditional Chinese Dietary Medicine. She then brings it down to specifics, applying the framework to Type 2 diabetes with concrete nutritional recommendations you can put to use.
