Lecture abstract: I will review the case of a patient after taking a Johnson and Johnson COVID vaccine, discussing how the patient was diagnosed and treated in the current hospital system. Through my presentation, I will explain how to focus on all the components of a patient work-up, including history, evaluation, diagnostic testing, differential diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and reassessment. This will help medical practitioners gain a better understanding of evaluating vaccine-injured individuals, forming differential diagnoses, and developing individualized treatment plans
