Lecture abstract: In my first lecture, I will discuss the treatment effects of infrared light and sauna therapy on spike protein-related diseases. I will explain how these therapies work at the cellular and metabolic levels and how they increase melatonin production, reduce inflammation, and decrease the risks of chronic inflammatory diseases. In another lecture, I will focus on the epidemic of metabolic disease and the impact it has on chronic inflammation. I will discuss the impacts of intermittent fasting on reducing spike protein for patients with long COVID and post-vaccine syndrome, and also how it can improve everybody’s metabolic condition.
